Housing Associates sell and rent property across Bahria Town Karachi, and their enquiries were arriving faster than a static site could handle. The brief was a portal that could carry live inventory and still be run by the sales team.
What we built
Search is the front door: a dual For Sale and For Rent switch, filtered by society and then by precinct or area, so a buyer who knows exactly which street they want gets there in two clicks.
Listings carry PKR pricing in the units the market actually uses — Lac and Crore — along with plot size, the property description, the consultant who owns the lead, and the posting date. Around that sit the Latest Inventories feed, society maps, a news and blog section for market updates and enforcement rules, a video rail, and a solar installation service line.
A seller-side capture block feeds valuation enquiries into the same pipeline, and the team manage the whole thing from an authenticated area rather than through us.
