What the site collects, why, and how to have it removed.
This policy is a working draft and should be reviewed by a solicitor before launch. It describes what the site does today.
What we collect
If you send an enquiry through the contact form we receive the name, email address, company, budget range and message you type. Nothing else on the site asks you for personal information.
Why we hold it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to run the project. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project correspondence is kept for six years, which is what our accountants require.
Cookies and measurement
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a preference locally so the site remembers a choice you made; that never leaves your device.
Who else can see it
Our email and hosting providers process it on our behalf under their own agreements. No one else.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and we will act within a month.
